The house has two covered porches, one next to the living room that overlooks the pool and another next to the kitchen, being able to use both depending on the time and temperature of the day.  The living room is spacious as well as the interior dining room. There are two independent bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. In the garden, which is very well kept and beautiful, there is a ping-pong table for a bit of activity. There is no need to worry about parking as this villa can park up to 3 cars in a row on the plot. In terms of equipment it is worth mentioning that the air conditioners are new from 2021, being present in all the bedrooms and the living room, and that the pool is heatable to extend the weeks before and after the summer.

Get lost in La Muralla Roja's labyrinth. This building is unique for its architectural beauty and colours. It was built in 1973 and is inspired by the Arabian Casbah. It is known worldwide and, although it attracts many people to take their photos on the fabulous balconies overlooking the sea and its labyrinthine corners, it is currently a closed site with restricted access to owners only, which stops invasive tourism and guarantees the tranquillity of the residents. La Cala Manzanera is a 2 minute walk away and El Arenal beach is 5 minutes away, but if you don't fancy salt and sand, the building has a communal rooftop swimming pool in the shape of a cross with incredible sea views and a terrace for relaxed sunbathing. Our apartment is fully refurbished and equipped in 2020, being the best option to live the "La Muralla Roja" experience. Distributed on one floor, the apartment consists of 1 living room, 1 covered terrace with views of the common garden area, 2 bedrooms with double beds of 135 cm, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), and a master room with a double bed of 150 cm. (queen size). The queen size room has hot/cold air conditioning and the living room has air conditioning too. The rooms with double beds have electric heaters. All rooms have built-in wardrobes. The house is equipped with a washing machine for your use, and an iron with its respective board. Among the equipment, there is a 32" TV, hairdryer, coffee maker, sandwich maker, kettle, teapot, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic hob, etc. The wifi connection is private and free for guests. Ideal apartment for a couple's getaway. Located in the old town of Moraira on the seafront. From its interior you can see magnificent views of the sea and the Moraira Yacht Club. Our apartment is modern, very practical, with lots of light, and its location ensures total immersion in Moraira, its atmosphere and its culture. It consists of a living room, kitchen and a bedroom suite with a queen size bed and bathroom with shower. From the inside you can access the terrace where you can sunbathe and dine under the stars. Opening its huge windows gives a nice feeling of freedom, which will undoubtedly make you rest and enjoy the environment. Our apartment is located on a second floor and access is by stairs. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The access to the terrace is also by stairs. The TV has only Spanish channels and there is no stereo. Please note that the apartment is located in the very centre of Moraira, and although it is known to be a quiet, residential town, there may be occasional ambient noise. The apartment does not have a private car park. The private car park of the Club Nautico is about 170 metres away, and the free municipal car park is 500 metres away on foot. Moraira has public transport by bus. Wifi included.
