Ideal apartment for a couple's getaway. Located in the old town of Moraira on the seafront. From its interior you can see magnificent views of the sea and the Moraira Yacht Club. Our apartment is modern, very practical, with lots of light, and its location ensures total immersion in Moraira, its atmosphere and its culture. It consists of a living room, kitchen and a bedroom suite with a queen size bed and bathroom with shower. From the inside you can access the terrace where you can sunbathe and dine under the stars. Opening its huge windows gives a nice feeling of freedom, which will undoubtedly make you rest and enjoy the environment. Our apartment is located on a second floor and access is by stairs. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The access to the terrace is also by stairs. The TV has only Spanish channels and there is no stereo. Please note that the apartment is located in the very centre of Moraira, and although it is known to be a quiet, residential town, there may be occasional ambient noise. The apartment does not have a private car park. The private car park of the Club Nautico is about 170 metres away, and the free municipal car park is 500 metres away on foot. Moraira has public transport by bus. Wifi included.

This cosy traditional style villa is located only 4 minutes walking distance to the beach of La Calalga de Calpe, supermarkets and restaurants. It is a perfect villa for families and couples due to its proximity to the sea, its privacy and the quiet urbanization where it is located. The pool area is very private and has a very pleasant atmosphere that invites you to linger. A large pool terrace with sun loungers and parasols for private sunbathing with a lovely barbecue with bar, stools and fridge to keep hydrated without having to enter the kitchen. Pool can be heated in the colder months. It has 3 bedrooms, two of them with double beds of 1,50 and another with 3 beds of 90. The house has two covered porches, one next to the living room that overlooks the pool and another next to the kitchen, being able to use both depending on the time and temperature of the day.  The living room is spacious as well as the interior dining room. There are two independent bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. In the garden, which is very well kept and beautiful, there is a ping-pong table for a bit of activity. There is no need to worry about parking as this villa can park up to 3 cars in a row on the plot. In terms of equipment it is worth mentioning that the air conditioners are new from 2021, being present in all the bedrooms and the living room, and that the pool is heatable to extend the weeks before and after the summer.
