Cancellation of the booking by the guest
The consequences of a possible cancellation of a booking will depend on the time elapsed since the payment of the booking, as well as the time remaining before the start of the stay.
- 100% Reimbursement: is only possible if the arrival date is at least 30 days away.
- 50% Reimbursement: when the cancellation takes place 15 days before arrival.
- 0% Reimbursement: when cancellations are made during the 14 days prior to the start of the stay.
Any cancellation related to Covid-19 justified reasons has a 100% refund.
